Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled under the following conditions.
Refunds may be available if:
- The payment was completed but the digital delivery failed due to a technical issue.
- The user did not receive the promised digital access/delivery.
Refunds are not available if:
- The digital product was delivered successfully.
- The user shared or redistributed the digital content.
- The user purchased the wrong item by mistake.
How to request a refund
Email us with:
- Your account email
- Purchase date and amount
- Transaction ID (if available)
